Our COVID-19 Protocols
Our goal has always been to provide exceptional care to your pets, and that hasn’t changed. We're taking a number of precautionary measures to continue providing quality care to our patients while ensuring everyone's safety in the midst of the COVID outbreak.
We will be continuing our protocol of Curb-side Dropoff Appointments until further notice. Only team members and authorized personnel are permitted inside the hospital at this time.
If you have not had your pet at our hospital lately, here are our current procedures:
- Call us (856)829-1145 or TEXT (609) 276-5047 when you get here and a team member will assist you. Make sure cats are transported in sturdy carriers and dogs are properly restrained via leash and ready to be greeted by our staff. When the technician/nurse is available they will call you to go over any concerns, vaccines and/or tests needed, and answer any questions you may have.
If you are picking up medication, food, etc. please park and let us know you are here by call or text. After payment is verified you will be directed to drive up to the side door (located at the left side of the building if you are looking from the parking lot) and a team member will bring your items out to you.
- Participate in your pet’s appointment. We’ll be in contact with you during your pet’s appointment. Just as you would during a traditional visit, you can speak with a doctor or technician to ask questions and voice your concerns. We'll perform any necessary treatments and prepare your invoice and all take home medications for your pet.
- We’ll complete the payment process. After your pet’s appointment is finished, we will go over the invoice with you and complete the payment process. At the moment, we’re accepting check, debit, credit, and care credit. We will only be able to except exact cash to the dollar.
- We will direct you to drive to the side door where we will return your pet to you.
If you’re feeling under the weather or are exhibiting any of the COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Keeping everyone safe is our top priority. You won’t be penalized for rescheduling, and we will do our best to work you back in as quickly as time allows.
